Plugin Mode

Copy Attachments on Lookup

Summary

When you save a record, copy the attachment(s) from the corresponding record in the lookup’s source app into this app’s attachment field. If this app’s attachment field already has a file attached, it is not copied.

Smartphone support

This plugin does not support smartphones. Use it on a computer.

How to use

Choose the lookup field, the source attachment field in the referenced app, and the destination attachment field in this app. When you save a record with no attachments in the destination field, the plugin finds records matching the lookup key, copies their attachments, and reloads the page. It does not copy files if the destination already contains an attachment.
