If the field satisfy same condition in all records

Summary

For all entries in multiple records, the condition is satisfied if the field meets the specified criteria.

How to use

Retrieve the records in advance using “Retrieve Records by Providing Conditions in Query”.

Parameters

Set Record, Field, Criteria, and Comparison value.

Record

Select the Action you used to retrieve the records.

Field

Select the field whose value you want to compare.

This parameter does not accept fields that are inside tables.

Note that this parameter does not accept the following field types:

  • Attachment

Criteria

You can select a condition from the following:

Comparison value

Enter the value to compare the field’s value. The parameter accepts the following inputs:

Condition Inverter

Clicking the Condition Inverter will change the condition to “When at least one field does not meet the condition.”

When this Condition is used, the Action will occur if **at least **one record fails to meet the criteria specified in the “Criteria” and “Comparison value” parameters.

When there are no records

The record mentioned in the Record parameter may not actually exist. For example, the “Retrieve Records by Providing Conditions in Query” action may return no records that match the specified conditions.

If there are no records, the condition “If the field satisfies the same condition in all records” will determine that the “condition is satisfied.” On the other hand, the condition “When at least one field does not meet the criteria” indicates that the “condition is not satisfied.”
