If the Logged-in User Belongs to a Specified Department

Summary

The condition is met when the user accessing the app belongs to the specified department.

How to use

Specify the code of the department whose members should be eligible to run the plugin. To limit this to users with a specific job title in that department, also specify the job title code.

Parameters

Department code

Enter the department code.

Job title code

If specified, the condition is met only when the user belongs to the specified department and holds the specified job title within that department. Holding that job title in a different department does not satisfy the condition.

This parameter is optional. If omitted, the condition is met when the user belongs to the specified department, regardless of their job title.

Restrictions

Plugin mode can only check the logged-in user. To check a different user, use customization mode.
If departments have a parent-child relationship and you specify a parent department, the user must belong directly to that parent department to satisfy the condition.
You cannot specify that a user must have no job title in the department.
