When you open the details screen, if the record’s status matches a specified value and the attachment field for the PDF document is empty, create the PDF document and attach it.
This plugin supports smartphones.
Choose the target status, template app, and the key field and value used to find the template record. Select the attachment field for the generated file.
Depending on the settings, this customization runs at the following times. Any configured conditions are also evaluated.
Enter or select a value for each setting unless it is marked optional.
Enter the gusuku API key used to generate reports.
Please select the status for PDF output.
Choose the app containing the report template files.
Choose the key field in the template app used to find the record containing the template.
The following field types cannot be selected.

Specify the key value used to find the template record.

Specify the output filename. The initial value combines “PDF帳票-” with the date of execution. The output file is in PDF format.

Please specify where to save the file.

The actual trigger is opening the record details page. The plugin does not run at the moment the status changes; it checks the conditions (the status value and whether the Attachment field is empty) when the details page opens. Operation is not guaranteed in apps where the field code of the Record number field has been changed.
