This plugin supports smartphones.
In the app using the lookup, specify a view name and one lookup field. Open that view, click the refresh button, and confirm the count of records currently displayed. The page reloads when retrieval finishes.
Depending on the settings, this customization runs at the following times. Any configured conditions are also evaluated.

Enter or select a value for each setting unless it is marked optional.
Specify the name of the view where this feature will be used.
Select one lookup field to refresh in the currently displayed records.
The following field types can be selected.
Fields inside tables cannot be selected.
Configure this plugin in the app that contains the Lookup field.
