If One Table Column Satisfy Condition

Summary

For a table’s rows, the condition is satisfied when the field meets the specified criteria.

How to use

Parameters

Set the Column Fields, Criteria, and Comparison Value.

Column Fields

Select the field that should be evaluated during the comparison.

Only fields within the table can be selected.

Note that this parameter does not accept the following field types:

  • Attachment

Criteria

You can select a condition from the following:

Comparison value

Enter the value to compare the field’s value. The parameter accepts the following inputs:

Condition Inverter

Clicking the Condition Inverter will change the condition to “If the fields in all rows of the table do not satisfy the condition.”

When this Condition is used, the Action will occur if **all **rows fail to meet the criteria specified in the “Criteria” and “Comparison value” parameters.

When there are no rows in the table

If there are no rows in the target table, the condition “If All Table Columns Satisfy Same Condition” will determine that the “condition is not satisfied.” On the other hand, the condition “If the fields in all rows of the table do not satisfy the condition” indicates that the “condition is satisfied.”

However, normally at least one row is reserved for editing, so unless rows are deleted through customization, there will be no state where there are no rows in the table.

Compatibility with krewSheet

This condition does not support krewSheet.
