Summary

The condition is met when the specified field value matches any of the comparison values.

How to use

Select a field and enter the values to compare, separated by commas.

Parameters

Field

Select the field to check.

The following field types cannot be selected.

  • Check box
  • Multi-choice
  • Attachment
  • User selection
  • Department selection
  • Group selection
  • Table
  • Related records
  • Field group
  • Label
  • Blank space
  • Border

Comparison value

Enter comparison values separated by commas. For example, Fuchu,Nakayama,Kyoto,Hanshin matches any of those four values.

The comparison uses the same rules as the equality criterion of If the field value is a specific value. Leading and trailing spaces are ignored. Full-width and half-width characters, and uppercase and lowercase letters, are treated as equivalent.

To include an empty value, leave an item empty. For example, None, matches either None or an empty value.

You can also use a formula such as =multi_choice_1 to compare against the values currently selected in a Multi-choice or Check box field. This uses the selected values, not all available options. An array such as =[notification_date_1, notification_date_2, end_date] can also be used.
