If a Table is selected, the check will be unique. The condition will be met if there are no rows. Empty rows are included when counting. However, there is always at least one row for input in the edit screen, so this condition is not met. Zero rows may exist in records created mechanically through customization, so they can be checked in such cases.
If you want to select a field inside a table (column), you must combine the Do and the primary Condition to identify which row in the table should be the condition.
