Click the button on the list screen to create a PDF from the contents of the records shown. You can choose to download it or open it in a new tab. The document template is the one specified in a template app.
This plugin supports smartphones.
Choose the app containing the report template and the key field and value used to find its record. Configure the template attachment field, output filename, button label, and gusuku API key, then click the button to export.
Depending on the settings, this customization runs at the following times. Any configured conditions are also evaluated.
Click the button added by this customization to run the operation.
Enter or select a value for each setting unless it is marked optional.
Enter the gusuku API key used to generate reports.
Enter a button label that makes its purpose clear to users.

Choose the app containing the report template files.
Choose the key field in the template app used to find the record containing the template.
The following field types cannot be selected.
Fields inside tables cannot be selected.
Select from the app specified in “Form Template App”.
Specify the key value used to find the template record.
Select the attachment field containing the template file.

Specify the output filename. The initial value combines “PDF帳票-” with the date of execution. The output file is in PDF format.

Please select an output destination. If you select “Download,” the file will be downloaded to your browser and saved to your computer. If you select “Browser Tab,” it will be displayed in a new browser tab.
