How to use

Choose the table and whether to copy from its first or last row. Configure the fields to copy, then use the button to transfer their values to fields outside the table.

When it runs

Depending on the settings, this customization runs at the following times. Any configured conditions are also evaluated.

  • When you open a record creation or edit page
  • When you click a button added by this plugin

Click the button added by this customization to run the operation.

The page-display and field-change triggers exclude inline editing from the pencil icon on the list page.

Parameters

Enter or select a value for each setting unless it is marked optional.

Table

Please select a table.

The following field types can be selected.

  • Table

Target row

Please select whether the row to be copied from is the first row or the last row.

Available options:

  • First Row
  • Last Row

Copy Fields

Configure the combination of the source and destination. Configure at least 1 entries. Add more entries as needed.

Source table column (field)

Please select the table column (field) you want to copy from.

The following field types cannot be selected.

  • Calculated
  • Attachment
  • Record number
  • Record ID
  • Revision
  • Created by
  • Created datetime
  • Updated by
  • Updated datetime
  • Status
  • Assignee
  • Table
  • Related records
  • Field group
  • Label
  • Blank space
  • Border

Please select the destination field outside the table.
