Specify the app and search criteria, then choose the field and calculation method. Set the destination field and button label. Click the button in the destination field on a record creation, edit, or details page. On a details page, the page reloads after the result is written.
Depending on the settings, this customization runs at the following times. Any configured conditions are also evaluated.

The page-display and field-change triggers exclude inline editing from the pencil icon on the list page.
Enter or select a value for each setting unless it is marked optional.
Please select the app you want to include in the data collection.

Please select the fields you want to aggregate for the apps included in the aggregation.

The sum or average is calculated only when at least one record matches the search criteria. If no records match, the destination field remains unchanged.
