When a copied field changes in the lookup source app (the master), refresh the corresponding lookups in the app that refers to it.
This plugin supports smartphones.
Configure this plugin in the master app referenced by the lookup. Specify the app and lookup field to update, the matching key, and the fields being copied.
Depending on the settings, this customization runs at the following times. Any configured conditions are also evaluated.
The page-display and field-change triggers exclude inline editing from the pencil icon on the list page.
Enter or select a value for each setting unless it is marked optional.
Choose the app that retrieves values from this master through a lookup.
Choose the lookup field in the app that should receive the update.
The following field types can be selected.
Fields inside tables cannot be selected.
Select from the app specified in “The app that performs the lookup”.
In this app’s fields, please select the field that the lookup user is using as the key.
The following field types can be selected.
In this app’s fields, select the field that will be copied to the lookup side. If the value of this field changes, the lookup side will be updated. You can select more than one field.
The following field types cannot be selected.
After an existing record is edited and saved, the plugin compares the copied values with their values before editing. If they changed, it asks for confirmation before refreshing the lookups in the referencing app.
