If the Logged-in User Does Not Belong to a Specified Department

Summary

The condition is met when the user accessing the app does not belong to the specified department.

How to use

Specify the department code to exclude members of that department from running the plugin. To exclude only users with a specific job title in that department, also specify the job title code.

Parameters

Department code

Enter the department code.

Job title code

If specified, the condition is met when the user does not belong to the specified department or does not hold the specified job title within that department. Holding that job title in a different department does not prevent the condition from being met.

This parameter is optional. If omitted, the condition is met when the user does not belong to the specified department, regardless of their job title.

Restrictions

Plugin mode can only check the logged-in user. To check a different user, use customization mode.
If departments have a parent-child relationship and you specify a parent department, the check is based on whether the user belongs directly to that parent department.
You cannot specify that a user must have no job title in the department.
