The condition is met if the user has the specified job title.
Before using this condition, get the user’s belonging organization by “Get Belonging Organization of Login User” or “Get Belonging Organization of Selected User.”
Note that “Get Belonging Organization of Login User” and “Get Belonging Organization of Selected User” may take a while to complete. Therefore, to ensure accurate determination, it is necessary to wait for the action to complete using “When Another Action Complete.
Then, this condition is used in combination with other “when to execute” conditions.
For example, to specify a condition such as “when the record list is displayed and the current user is a sub manager,” follow the steps below.
* Combining conditions like “When Record List Page Displayed” and “If the User Has Specified Job Title” will result in an error. At the stage of “When Record List Page Displayed,” “Get Belonging Organization of Login User” has not yet completed, so it cannot be determined correctly.
If “Get Organization of Logged-in User” or “Get Organization of Selected User” has multiple Organizations, the condition is satisfied if you have the specified position in one of them.
For example, suppose a logged-in user is a member of two organizations: Organization A and Organization B. They hold the position of a regular employee in Organization A and a facility manager in Organization B. If the condition “If the User Has Specified Job Title” is set to include the facility manager role, it will be satisfied because the user holds the facility manager position in Organization B.
However, even if the condition is met, it is still not possible to determine which organization a designated position belongs to.
You should also be careful if you have specified “Get Belonging Organization of Selected User” in “Organization to Which User Belongs” and there were multiple selected users. In this case, the condition is satisfied as long as at least one of the users has the specified position.
Set Organization to Which User Belongs and Title Code.
Specify an action that includes “Get Belonging Organization of Login User” or “Get Belonging Organization of Selected User.”
You cannot select “Get Priority Department.”
Enter the job title code. Do not use the job title name.
You can check the job title code on the “Set Job Title” page of the Administration page.
Clicking the Condition Inverter will change the condition to “If job title is not specific.”
It is not possible to decide based on a combination of organization and job title.
Multiple job titles cannot be determined.
It is not possible to determine affiliation using “Get Priority Department.”
