Right after you save a record on the record add screen, show a dialog that lets you run a process management action.

Enter the confirmation message and submission button label, then choose the process management action to execute. This prompts users to submit a record after creating it.
Depending on the settings, this customization runs at the following times. Any configured conditions are also evaluated.
Enter or select a value for each setting unless it is marked optional.
Enter the message asking whether to submit the record after saving.
Initial value: <p class="ql-align-center">申請してよろしいですか？</p>
Enter the label for the submission button in the confirmation dialog.
Initial value: 申請する
Choose the process management action to execute when the submission button is clicked.
Operation of this plugin is not guaranteed when the assignee setting requires selecting an assignee from the specified users.
