Compare two dates.
Specify A, B, and the comparison criteria. You can add or subtract days or months from B before comparing.
For example, you can express a comparison such as A >= B + 1 month. If either A or B is empty, the condition is not met; no error occurs.
Enter the date to compare. To use a field value, enter = followed by its field code, for example =Date_2. To use the current date, enter =today().
Select the comparison criteria. A is compared with B after any specified calculation. “Greater than” means that A is later than B.
Enter the date to compare with A. Field values can be referenced in the same way as for A.
Enter the number of days or months to add to or subtract from B before comparing it with A. Negative numbers are also allowed.
For example, to compare with B plus three months, select the corresponding calculation and enter 3. Entering -3 instead gives three months before B.
Leave this blank to compare B without a calculation. This value is ignored when the calculation is set to “Do not calculate”.
Select the calculation to apply to B, including the unit (days or months).
Dates are interpreted in the logged-in user’s time zone. The time portion is ignored. For example, 2018-11-10 12:00 and 2018-11-10 11:00 are treated as the same date.
