Click the button on the list screen to calculate a total for each value of a specified field, for the records shown in the list, and display it on the list screen.
This plugin supports smartphones.
Choose the field to total and the field values used to group the records. Use this to review totals for the records in the current view.
Depending on the settings, this customization runs at the following times. Any configured conditions are also evaluated.
Click the button added by this customization to run the operation.
Enter or select a value for each setting unless it is marked optional.
Choose the numeric field to total.
The following field types can be selected.
Fields inside tables cannot be selected.
Choose the field used to group records for aggregation.
The following field types cannot be selected.
Fields inside tables cannot be selected.
Please list the values you want to tally. Please note that you should enter the values directly, without using the “Select Field” feature. Configure at least 1 entries. You can configure up to 5 entries.
Enter the value identifying the records to include in this total.
The totals cover records matching the current list filter. A total for each configured value is displayed in the menu space below the list menu. A value with no matches has a total of 0.
