Update customization management app’s records based on the current Customine drive information.
Create a Customization Management app on Kintone from the following app template.
When you run Update Customization Management App’s Records, you get drive screen information for Customine and update the record for the Customization Management app based on the information. Create a new record if there is unregistered customization information in the Customization Management app, and update it only if the revision is already up. If the revision is not up, do not update. We do not update or delete the relevant record in the Customization Management app for customizations that have been removed from the drive screen.
In addition to basic information such as the name, owner, and author of the customization, the new and updated Customization Management app record also attaches a file that outputs the customization.
If users have added their own fields to the Customization Management app, Update Customization Management App’s Records does not change those fields and retains the original values.
Update Customization Management App’s Records is a special positioning Do in Job Runner. Typically, Job Runner will try to update records as many rows as possible at once, whereas Update Customization Management App’s Records will add and update rows at a time. No conflict detection occurs when record is updated.
Set Gusuku API Key, Customization Management app, and API Token.
Specifythe gusuku API key.
Note that it is not API token in the Kintone app.
If you have enabled the ability to set permissions for customizations in your organization’s settings, you must give this gusuku API Key permission to view all customizations. If there are one or more customizations that you do not have permission to view, an error will occur at runtime.
Specify the Customization Management app created on Kintone.
This app must also be registered with Customine.
Specify the API Token for the Customization Management app. Choose from the actions to Set Kintone API Token.
View, add, and edit record privileges are required.
