Update Job Execution History app’s records based on the job execution history within the specified period.
Create a Job Execution History app on Kintone from the following app template.
When you run Update Job Execution History app Records, you get Customine’s Job Execution History information and based on its contents add or update the Job Execution History app record on the User’s Kintone. It does not delete existing records.
If the user has added their own field to the Job Execution History app, update Job Execution History app’s records will not change that field and retain its original value.
Set Gusuku API Key, Job Execution History app, API Token, and Period.
Specify the gusuku API key.
Note that we are not talking about API tokens in the Kintone app.
If you have enabled the ability to set permissions for customizations in your organization’s settings, you must give this gusuku API Key permission to view all customizations. If there are one or more customizations that you do not have permission to view, an error will occur at runtime.
Specify the Job Execution History app created on Kintone.
This app must also be registered with Customine.
Specify the API Token for the Job Execution History app. Choose from the actions to Set Kintone API Token.
View record, Add record and Edit record privileges are required.
The job execution history for the selected Period is Updated and added to the record.
Choose from Month, Week, Day, or Hour. For example, select ‘1 month’ to Get the history from the last month to the present.
By matching this period with the interval between executions of the scheduled tasks, you can perform updates more efficiently.
