Update a specified record to a specific status.
This status change is performed by the Administrator. Therefore, the record’s current Assignee must include Administrator or anyone must be ready to implement the status change. If you want to change the status of an Administrator from one that is not included in the Assignee, change the Assignee to Administrator in Change Asignee before performing Change Status.
Set API Token, Record, Status Change Action, and Assignee.
Specify the API Token to access the destination App. Choose from the Set Kintone API Token action.
This API Token must have record view permission.
Select the Action you used to retrieve the target records.
If this record contains multiple lines, action is taken on each record. If this record does not have any rows, nothing is done.
Select the Action used by the Kintone app to update the status of its records.
Use one of these parameters to specify an assignee if this is required by the current status after the Do has executed.
These parameters are optional. You can leave all three parameters empty if you want to let the process management configuration in Kintone automatically select the next assignee.
Select from Assignee (by Target App) if you want to select this field from the update record field, or enter the login name of the user who will be the Assignee under Assignee if you want to specify it directly instead of by the field selection.
If both of these parameters are specified, Assignee (by target app) takes precedence.
If you select multiple users, the Do selects the first user to be the assignee.
The available fields for assignee (by target app) are either User selection, Created by, Updated by, or Assignee.
This Do does not trigger webhook notifications in the target app.
