Configure Collaboflow Connection (Japan Only)

Summary

Configure settings for connecting to a Collaboflow.

How to Use

Beforehand, issue the API key in the “REST API” section of the “System Management Area” ⇒ “Environment Settings” in the collaboration flow. For details of the procedure, please see the collaboration flow site Collaboration Flow Site . This is a setting on the Collaboration Flow screen, not Customine.

In this Do, only the connection settings will be made, and the actual connection has not yet been established. In the Do that actually performs operations on the collaboration flow document, such as “outputting the collaboration flow document form,” you will specify an action that sets the parameter of “connection settings” to “perform the connection settings for the collaboration flow.”

Parameter

Set the “API endpoint”, “API key”, “User during connection”, “Destination app code”, “Basic authentication username”, and “Basic authentication password”.

API Endpoint

In the “System Management Area” of the collaboration flow, the “API Endpoint” is displayed in the “REST API” section under “Environment Settings”, so I will write this content as it is.

API Key

Set the API key that was issued in advance on the collaboration flow side.

You can check it in the “Client List” section of “REST API” under “System Management Area” ⇒ “Environment Settings” in the Collaboration Flow. If nothing is displayed in the “Client List” or if there is no API key for Customine, please issue a new one. For details on the API key issuance procedure, please see the CollabFlow site . This is a setting on the Collaboration Flow screen, not Customine.

Connection User

Specify which user to connect to the collaboration flow.

The specified here is the ** collaboration flow’s ** user ID. You are not a Kintone user or a Customine user.

App Code

Specify the app code for the collaboration flow. The app referred to here is not the Kintone app, but the “workflow app” of Collaborflow.

You can check the app code in the “System Management Area” ⇒ “App Management” of the collaboration flow. For details, please see the collaboration flow site .

Basic Auth User

If Basic authentication is enabled in the environment settings on the CollabFlow side, specify the Basic authentication username. If Basic authentication is not enabled in the collaboration flow, it will be left empty.

Basic Auth Password

If Basic authentication is enabled in the environment settings on the CollabFlow side, specify the Basic authentication password. If Basic authentication is not enabled in the collaboration flow, it will be left empty.

Restrictions

  • The package version of the collaboration flow is not supported. Only compatible with the cloud version.
