Minimum of Field of Records

Overview

Calculate the maximum value of a field within the records that you have retrieved. The calculated result can be used in another action.

Usage

Parameters

Set Record and Field to Calculate.

Record

Select the Action from the list of Actions that retrieved the records to be calculated.

Field to Calculate

Select the field to calculate the maximum value. This parameter accepts the following field types:

Number
Calculated
Date
Time
Date and time
Record number
Created datetime
Updated datetime

You cannot include fields that are within a table.

The Calculated field must contain only numeric values. Date, time, and date-time formats are not supported. However, the date, time, and date-time fields are available if they are not of the calculation type.

Limitations

If there are no records, the result will be empty. It will not be zero.
The Calculated field with the date, time, and date-time formats are not supported for “Field to Calcurlate”.
