Change the status of the current record to the specified.
Set Status Change Action and Assignee Field
Select the action to change the status on the Kintone app.
If the assignee is required for the status after the change, specify the assignee using either “Assignee (Field)” or “Assignee (Direct).”
Select the assignee from the field in the current record for the “Assignee (Field).” This parameter accepts the following field types:
To specify directly with the user’s login name instead of the field, enter that user’s login name in “Assignee (Direct)”. You can also input formulas manually.
If multiple users are set in the assignee parameters, the first user will be registered as the assignee.
If both parameters “Assignee (Field)” and “Assignee (Direct)” are set, “Assignee (Field)” takes precedence, and the specification of “Assignee (Direct)” is ignored.
If the app is set to send Webhook notifications under the condition of “Updating Status,” notifications will be sent when this action is executed.
The target record must have the fixed record ID. If the record is in a state before being saved on the record addition page, an error will occur when executing “Change Status on Current Record” because the record ID is not determined.
If there is no single target record, as in the record list page, an error will occur.
It is not possible to “Change Status on Current Record” in response to the condition “When Process Management Action Performed.” An error occurs when running on Kintone.
