Hide the button (⊕ icon) to add a record on the record list and the record details page.
Executing the “Hide Add Record Button” action under the condition “When the Record Details Page is Displayed” will conceal the icon in the red frame, as illustrated in the figure below.
On the mobile view, the button in the figure will be hidden.
Similarly, executing the “Hide Add Record Button” action under the condition “When Record List Page Displayed” will conceal the icon on the record list view.
To hide the add record button from both the record details and the record list pages, you need to set the action on each page.
You can also use the action simultaneously with “Hide Edit Record Button” and “Hide Reuse Record Button.”
The button that was hidden once will be displayed again at the timing of the page transition. If no additional conditions are added to the condition of “When Record Details Page Displayed,” it will be executed again during the page transition, so it can be kept hidden. If additional conditions are set, only the pages that meet those conditions will be hidden, and they will be re-displayed when transitioning to pages that do not meet the additional conditions.
There are no parameters to be set.
This action does not disable the New record page itself. Even if you hide the icon with this action, it is possible to display the New record page using keyboard shortcuts.
The old version of the Kintone mobile view, before the 2019 renewal, is no longer supported. Using this action on the old version of the Kintone mobile view, before the 2019 renewal, has no effect at all, and it does not result in an error. The mobile view on or after the 2019 renewal is supported.
There is no action to re-display the deleted add record button.
