Customize the layout of the form set by “Put Keyword Search Form on List Page”.
First, you need to set up a search form using Put Keyword Search Form on List Page or Put Keyword and Numeric Range Search Form on List Page. This action will customize the layout of the search form generated by those actions.
The target search form must be created when the action “Customize Search Form Layout” is initiated. Assign this action to “Put Keyword Search Form on List Page” or “Put Keyword and Numeric Range Search Form on List Page,” and submit it to wait for completion under “When Another Action Completes.”
Set Display “Search” Button, Display “Clear” Button, Displaying Many Search Items, Enlargement / reduction display, and How Display Selection Item.
By selecting “Left of the Form”, you can move the “Search” button, which is usually displayed on the right side of the form, to the left side. In this case, not only the “Search” button but also the “Clear” button will move to the left side together.
If you do not want to make changes, please select “Rght of the the Form.”
This setting is only effective on the PC view. There is no effect on the mobile view.
Selecting “Hide” will hide the “Clear” button.
To display the “Clear” button as usual, select “Show”.
This setting is available for both the PC and mobile views.
Select how to display fields when the number of fields set as the search items is large, and the form cannot fit them on the page in one line.
Typically, the option is “Wrap,” but if you prefer not to wrap, you can select “Don’t wrap (Scrolling Horizontally)” to display it in a horizontal scroll without wrapping.
To display the text in a wrap-around format as usual, please select the “Wrap” option.
This setting is only effective on the PC view. There is no effect on the mobile view.
To zoom in or out of the entire form, enter the magnification ratio. To make it larger, specify a value greater than 1; to make it smaller, specify a value less than 1. If it is 1, it will be displayed at the original size.
This setting is available for both the PC and mobile views.
When the field type is a radio button or checkbox for search conditions, it becomes a user interface that allows multiple items to be selected in the search form. In the “Display of Selected Items” parameter, you can select to show this format as either a list or a dropdown.
Selecting “List” displays the same format as not using “Customize Search Form Layout.” All options are displayed from the start, with the selected item highlighted. In Kintone, the user interface for selecting multiple items resembles this layout, which is familiar to Kintone users; however, it does take up vertical space on the page.
Selecting “Pulldown” will result in a pulldown style user interface. Initially, the options are hidden, displaying only the selected item’s value. Clicking the display frame shows a list of options. The “Pulldown” reduces height, allowing the form to be displayed more compactly. However, this means the options are hidden, which can make it challenging for users to understand.
This setting applies to all relevant fields. It is not possible to change each field to be a “List” for some fields and a “Pulldown” for others.
The layouts of “Put Simple Search Form on List Page” and “Put Simple Search Form on List Page” cannot be changed.
“Enlargement / reduction display” is not supported in FireFox.
It is not possible to set the “Display Selection Item” option individually for each field.
Choosing “Pulldown” for the “Display Selection Item” option does not support keyboard navigation.
