Get the Contact ID for the last contact on Amazon Connect.

How to use

The Contact ID is the ID value assigned to calls in Amazon Connect.

The obtained ID value can be retrieved from another action using an expression like “=$1”.

To retrieve an ID with this action, you must set the condition “When you receive a call with Amazon Connect” or “When you start a call with Amazon Connect” in the customization.

Parameters

There are no parameters to be set.

Precautions

  • When using Amazon Connect integration with Customine, you need to set your Kintone domain as an “approved origin” in the Amazon Connect settings.

Restrictions

  • Once you navigate away from the page after making or receiving a call, the ID cannot be retrieved.
