Get contact attribute on Amazon Connect

Summary

Get the contact attribute set for the last incoming call on Amazon Connect.

How to use

Contact attributes are attribute values that can be set for calls in Amazon Connect. Please set the contact attributes using the Amazon Connect flow definition in advance.

To retrieve contact attributes with this action, you must set the condition “When you receive a call with Amazon Connect” or “When you start a call with Amazon Connect” in the customization.

You can only retrieve contact attributes when receiving an incoming call, not when you initiate the call.

You can retrieve it even if you haven’t taken the call yet. Furthermore, you can retrieve it even after disconnection, as long as the disconnection occurs between the previous call and the next incoming call.

Specify the key of the contact attribute you want to retrieve.

Precautions

  • When using Amazon Connect integration with Customine, you need to set your Kintone domain as an “approved origin” in the Amazon Connect settings.

Restrictions

  • Once you navigate away from the page after receiving a call, the contact attribute cannot be retrieved.
