Use Amazon Connect to call the specified phone number.
When you execute the action, it will make a call to the number specified in the parameters.
Furthermore, the “Open Amazon Connect Control Panel” button will be placed at the top of the Kintone app. Clicking this button will open the Amazon Connect control panel in a pop-up window. Use this control panel to answer incoming calls or to end calls.
To hang up after a call, please use the Amazon Connect control panel.
Set Alias name of Amazon Connect, Phone Number, and Country Code or Region Code.
Enter the alias name of Amazon Connect instance. You can get the name on the AWS Management Console screen.
Specify the destination phone number.
To call the number stored in a Kintone app field, use the following expression. For example, if the field code is “Customer phone number,” specify it like this:
= Customer phone number
Please note that if the phone number is invalid, an error will occur when you execute the action.
Specify the destination country if it is not mentioned in the “Phone Number.” If a country code is included in the “Phone Number,” the country specified in the “Country Code or Region Code” will be disregarded, and the information in the “Phone Number” will take priority.
Use “JP” to represent Japan and “US” for the United States. Additionally, for Japan, you may also specify the international phone country code, such as 81.
If you are using Customine version 1.81 or earlier (released on February 27, 2020) and connected to the Kintone app, the “Open Amazon Connect Control Panel” button will not be displayed, and the Amazon Connect Control Panel will open automatically.
Since version 1.82 (released on March 5, 2020), the control panel no longer opens automatically, and instead, a button has been installed.
This action does not work when you are not logged into Amazon Connect. Please log in to Amazon Connect first.
When using Amazon Connect integration with Customine, you need to set your Kintone domain as an “approved origin” in the Amazon Connect settings.
