Check if at least one of the specified fields has a value and set errors if none of the fields do.
This action ensures that at least one of the specified fields is required. If all fields are empty or unselected, an error will be displayed in all of those fields.
If an error occurs, the result will display the list of field codes for all specified fields. If no errors occur, the action will result in an empty list. If a specific field in the table is specified, the action will only keep the result for the last row of that table. The results from the other rows are not included, so please exercise caution.
Set Field and Error Message.
Select which field to check.
Unlike “Check Required Fields,” the selected fields are checked in bulk rather than individually. If at least one field contains a value, it’s OK; if none of the fields have values, an error will occur.
Note that this parameter does not accept the following field types:
If you select a field inside a table, all rows of that table will be processed. For exceptions: See (*1) In this case, check if all specified fields in each row are empty. If all fields are empty, mark them as an error for that row.
*1: If you set a Condition that only applies to some table rows (such as the Condition “When Fields Value Changed”), the value will be set only for those affected by that Condition.
Enter an error message to display if an error is detected.
If there is an error, this error message will be set in all selected fields.
The action is supported only under the following conditions:
You cannot set multiple errors at the same time. The error set last will be displayed in the krewSheet. If there is an error in this check, it means that there was an error in all the fields selected in the “Field”, but the error displayed on the krewSheet will only be for one field.
The attachment field cannot be verified correctly in the following situations:
In the PC view, if the attachment field is located outside the table and the condition is set to “Before Record Saved Excluding Deleted,” the field can be verified.
This restriction applies only to the attachment field; for other fields, the verification works in both the table and the mobile view.
